Rules:
1. Any Unit in the Department of Arizona may receive this plaque.
2. This plaque shall become the permanent property of the Unit winning it three consecutive years. The Department winner will place another plaque in the Department for competition, rules and name remaining the same.
3. Engraving should include the Unit Chairman's name, Unit number and year of winning.
4. The Department leadership Chairman will judge the entries and award this plaque.
Basis of award:
1. The greatest percent of Unit members, seniors, juniors, and legionnaires attending a seminar.
2. A narrative report of no more than 1,000 words. Include number of leadership sessions held in your unit meetings, include materials used and their source. Do not include pictures, clippings, scrapbook or folders of any kind.
3. All entries to be Department leadership Chairman by may 15th of each year.
